Job Title: AI Operations Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced AI/ML Operations Lead to oversee the development and implementation of AI/ML models in production environments. This position requires strong expertise in data science, machine learning, and cloud computing with a focus on operationalizing AI solutions in a cloud environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage AI/ML models in production for optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand AI use cases and their integration into production environments.
  • Design and implement scalable architectures for productionalized AI use cases.
  • Assess and enhance AI models to generate high-quality outputs.
  • Guide team members in implementing robust data pipelines and workflows.
  • Collaborate with ML engineers to establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.
  • Develop documentation related to AI operations including monitoring processes and governance compliance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into applications.
  • Provide support and troubleshoot issues in production environments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in data with at least 5+ years in AI, machine learning or data science.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R and SQL, and big data tools like Hive, Spark, Hadoop.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks) and deploying AI models in production environments.
  • Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and security protocols.
