Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Executive who can work across multiple functions, from AI agent creation to business documentation and client-facing activities. This role requires someone with strong writing, communication, and presentation skills who can seamlessly balance business and operations.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Creation: Support agent-building processes with strong writing and communication skills.

Business Documentation: Prepare proposal decks, commercial decks, and client-facing presentations with clarity and impact.

Client Demos: Conduct engaging product demos to showcase solutions to prospective clients.

Operational Support: Assist in day-to-day business and project operations to ensure smooth delivery.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with business, product, and technical teams to execute projects effectively.

Process Improvement: Identify gaps in operations and recommend strategies for efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Communication, or related field.

Excellent writing and communication skills (English proficiency required).

Strong skills in presentations, proposals, and documentation (MS PowerPoint, Word, Google Workspace).

Ability to confidently interact with clients and conduct product demos.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in SaaS, AI, or technology-driven companies.

Knowledge of Conversational AI, voice tech, or customer engagement platforms.

Ability to adapt quickly in a startup/fast-paced environment.

Creative mindset for preparing engaging decks and client communications.
