Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Engineering Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The Product Engineering Specialist will be responsible for overseeing product development, enhancing software systems, and managing projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with team members, designing and implementing new features, solving technical challenges, and ensuring high-quality product delivery.

Important:

  • This can be a remote role for exceptional talent for sometime.
  • This is an ESOP only role till we start monetising. Since we have just started, consider this a bet on your own ingenuity as this will be the first product that we shall launch. Salary will not be a bar later.
  • Seat in the table with senior leadership, as you shall be in top 10 hires.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Product Engineering and Software Development
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Project Management abilities
  • Effective Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML toolchains, LLM integrations, data pipelines, and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong grasp of best practices in security, multi-tenancy, API integrations, and CI/CD automation.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, real-time analytics, and implementing robust DevOps/reliability frameworks.
  • Good to Have: Experience in designing secure, scalable SaaS platforms, preferably from zero-to-one, with experience across backend (Python/Node/Go), frontend (React or similar), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. FRESHERS with hunger to start are welcome to apply
