We seek a versatile leader to champion our offerings and nurture high net worth relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive business development and consultative sales with HNI/UHNI investors and family offices.
- Oversight of the client journey: sale, onboarding, portfolio discussions, and relationship building.
- Clearly communicate investment strategies emphasizing hyper-personalization, goal-focused, and quant & AI-driven approaches.
- Collect structured client feedback and work cross-functionally to influence product direction.
- Leverage modern tools such as AI agents and CRM software.
- 5+ years experience in wealth management, PMS/AIF advisory, or private banking.
- Strong academic background from premier institutions and willingness to obtain NISM Series XXI-B certification.
- Demonstrated success managing HNI/UHNI relationships especially younger or tech-savvy clients.
- Mindset of AI-native productivity, end-to-end ownership, and bias toward action.
- Bonus: Experience growing companies from an early stage.
