About the Role

This role is designed for a dedicated and analytical individual who will support our growing client base. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, navigating the complexities of international business and equity valuations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex financial models to support private company valuations and derivative instruments.\
  • Conduct various valuation methodologies such as OPM Back-solve, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Black Scholes Merton (BSM), and others.\
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.\
  • Address audit inquiries and provide documentation supporting valuation methodologies and assumptions.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely and accurate management reporting.\

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Licence to work in India without visa sponsorship required.\
  • Relocation to Pune necessary.\
  • Excellent academic grades with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a reputable university.\
  • Advanced degrees or certifications like CFA, CA beneficial.\
  • Individuals with ≤ 3 years of experience and strong technical skills encouraged to apply.\
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling and valuation techniques.\
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders.\
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.\
