The Role:
As an Analyst, you will be responsible for building complex financial models to support valuation of private companies and share options, warrants, and other derivative instruments. You will conduct various valuation methodologies, prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, address audit inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate management reporting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support company valuations
- Conduct thorough valuation analyses using multiple methodologies
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Address audit inquiries and provide supporting documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and accurate reporting
Qualifications:
- Requirements:
- Legally authorized to work in India without requiring a work visa sponsorship
- Relocation to Pune required
- Excellent academic grades with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a reputable university
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA) are a plus
- Individuals with ≤ 3 years of work experience with strong technical skills are welcome to apply
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
