About Equity Management Platform

This platform offers equity management tools for startup founders, and provides VCs with a holistic view of their portfolio companies. It supports over 2,000 clients across Asia, ANZ and the US, engaging their investors and employees holding more than $60 billion of equity value. The platform offers cap table management, fund administration, portfolio valuation and reporting tools, and facilitates LP engagement. It also empowers private and public companies to manage their equity and cash incentive programs (commonly referred to as ESOP).

Complementing this platform, Qapita offers equity compensation and share plan design consulting services, valuation and financial reporting expertise, and private market liquidity solutions tailored to meet the needs of both shareholders and employees.

The Role

We are looking for an Analyst to support our growing client base. This role involves working closely with clients, helping them navigate international business complexities and equity valuations, ensuring they maximize the value of our services. Key responsibilities include building complex financial models to support company valuations, conducting various valuation methodologies, preparing detailed reports and presentations, addressing audit inquiries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field from a reputable university
  • Strong technical skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to relocate and be legally authorized to work in India without requiring sponsorship
