The role of a HR Generalist at HRhelpdesk involves being stationed with one of our clients as a HR resource, managing the entire HR roles and responsibilities. Key deliveries include managing the recruitment process, campus relations, employee engagement programmes, standard trainings, employee database management, tracking of employee discipline, and HR services delivery.

Requirements
  1. Education: MBA – Human Resources or PGDBM – Human Resources
  2. Experience: Corporate HR experience, 3 - 9 years in the Services sector as a HR Generalist
  3. Exposure in order of priority: Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Training, HR Operations and Administration
  4. Working hours and days: The client operates from Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm and is based in Connaught Place, New Delhi. No Hybrid or work from home option is available for this role currently. Additional hours and work on Saturdays may be required occasionally.
  5. What we are looking at: exposure to the mentioned HR competencies, knowledge of HR principles and processes, awareness about HRhelpdesk as an organization, and most importantly someone who has demonstrated abilities in delivering objectives.
