Job Opportunity: Regional Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our regional operations in Guntur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, with at least 8-12 years of experience in handling government projects, CSR initiatives, or similar roles.

The selected individual will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting targets. They will develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and expand business opportunities in Andhra Pradesh.

Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, partners, and internal teams, is crucial for this role. Regular meetings with team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high productivity and employee satisfaction, are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with government officials at state and national levels to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Overseeing the smooth functioning of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting targets.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and expand business opportunities in Andhra Pradesh.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, partners, and internal teams.
  • Conducting regular meetings with team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high productivity and employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Degree or Postgraduate (preferably MBA).
  • Experience: At least 8-12 years in a management role, preferably in government, CSR, or international recruitment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proven track record of delivering results, with a focus on achieving targets and expanding business opportunities.
