Job Title: Regional Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and managing a team of professionals, ensuring that business objectives are met and exceeded.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
    • Lead hiring for critical leadership roles, niche, and volume-based positions.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention:
    • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and reduce turnover.
    • Conduct regular employee surveys and implement action plans to address any issues.
    • Handle grievance redressal, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
  • Compliance & HR Operations:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all branches.
    • Oversee payroll inputs, onboarding/offboarding processes, and HRIS accuracy.
    • Support internal audits, risk management, and statutory filings.
  • Strategic HR Partnership:
    • Liaise with function heads and designate personnel to ensure critical planning and implementation of people strategies.
    • Coordinate and work with the team across all centers in the country.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
