About the Job

The Commercial Operations Executive will oversee various tasks and contribute to harmonious working towards team goals. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Policy Development: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with different departments to optimize processes and improve productivity.
  • Process Analysis: Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and suggest recommendations.
  • Review Management: Respond to customer reviews and monitor quality trends to maintain high standards.
  • Financial Oversight: Work with accountancy to ensure that partners keep a positive balance and adhere to industry regulations.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Performance Evaluation: Manage and evaluate operational performance and productivity, tracking key performance indicators to ensure goals are met.

Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Operations Management Experience: Proven experience in operations management is necessary for success in this role.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools and software is necessary for this role.
  • Business Analytics: Business analytics experience is highly desirable.
