Job Title:

Senior Manager Cloud Operations.

As a senior manager in our cloud operations team, you will leverage your leadership skills to own and operate the entire lifecycle of AI/GPU Compute Host Management. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for additional automation, optimizations, and enhancements to both our infrastructure and services. You will work closely with geographically distributed teams to drive process improvements within the organization. You will be responsible for managing service queues, triaging and diagnosing issues with AI compute hardware and software, as well as developing and implementing solutions to resolve these issues quickly. Additionally, you will help ensure that our operational planning is effectively executed to meet corporate and governmental regulations and compliance standards.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has experience working with people management and technical leadership roles. You should have a proven track record of successfully building and leading high-performing teams, including recruiting, hiring, and performance management. Strong organizational and planning skills, including scheduling, are also essential. You should have a working familiarity with scripting languages such as Python and BASH. Knowledge of distributed systems fundamentals and networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) and standard network architectures is also required. A BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area is necessary, along with 5 years of software engineering, operations or related experience. Experience with large-scale distributed systems and ability to understand broad systems interactions is preferred.
