Job Title: Cloud Computing Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Computing Expert to lead our mission-critical cloud infrastructure globally. This role entails providing 24x7 managed supports for these cloud environments, overseeing a team and ensuring customer satisfaction exceeds the benchmark.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with partners to identify opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction is met always.
  • Review tickets and escalate to management whenever required.
  • Oversee a team of Cloud Engineers, provide technical expertise and guidance where required.
  • Act as the L3 in case of escalations and resolve issues with a hands-on approach.
  • Interact with customers via tickets, calls, emails, and periodic sync-up calls.
  • Evaluate the performance of team members on a periodic basis and provide feedback to the team and HR.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with a proven track record of providing L3 technical support in a cloud-first data center or cloud support services organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud, containers, virtualization, and its supporting technology and concepts.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Linux, MySQL, Vmware/KVM, and any on-prem cloud technology.
  • In-Depth experience on any monitoring system (Prometheus/Nagios/Zabbix/SolarWinds/ManageEngine etc.).
  • Good working knowledge of Storage, Networking, Backup, Bash.
  • Excellent communication skills with clear verbal and written articulation.
  • Experience in handling a team of minimum 4 people in the above role.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree.
  • 10 plus years of experience.
