Cloud HCM Payroll Team Lead

Role Description:

The key objective of this role is to oversee the development and growth of a cross-regional support function for Cloud HCM Payroll. This position will require collaboration with stakeholders, including clients and team members based in India and the UK.

This role encompasses several key responsibilities. Firstly, it involves leading and managing a team of payroll-focused support consultants, who are responsible for delivering high-quality managed services to our clients. The successful candidate will be expected to provide hands-on support, triage, diagnose, and resolve complex client issues across Cloud HCM Payroll and related modules.

Additionally, this role requires close partnership with the UK Payroll Support Lead to ensure seamless collaboration and shared ownership of outcomes. This includes aligning on service processes and client priorities. As the subject matter expert on Cloud HCM Payroll, the successful candidate will provide deep expertise in configuration, processing, troubleshooting, and legislative compliance.

Another crucial aspect of this role is supervising and contributing to quarterly Cloud HCM release cycles. This includes impact analysis, regression testing, deployment, and communication of relevant changes to clients. Furthermore, the successful candidate will deliver and coordinate training and knowledge-sharing sessions for team members to support capability growth and process alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team of payroll-focused support consultants based in India and the UK.
  2. Provide hands-on support, triage, diagnose, and resolve complex client issues across Cloud HCM Payroll and related modules.
  3. Partner closely with the UK Payroll Support Lead to build a cohesive, cross-regional support function.
  4. Act as the subject matter expert on Cloud HCM Payroll, providing deep expertise in configuration, processing, troubleshooting, and legislative compliance.
  5. Supervise and contribute to quarterly Cloud HCM release cycles, including impact analysis, regression testing, deployment, and communication of relevant changes to clients.
