Advance level FAST FORMULA experience is mandatory

Preferred candidate profile

  1. We are looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula Developer to design, develop, and maintain Fast Formulas used across the HCM modules.
  2. Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula (Payroll, OTL, Absence, Benefits, etc.)
  3. Proficient in writing complex conditional logic and calculations.
  4. Experience working in Oracle HCM implementations or support projects.

  5. Design and implement Fast Formulas for various Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including:

  6. Payroll Calculation Rules

  7. Absence Accruals and Plans
  8. Benefits Eligibility

  9. Compensation Rules

  10. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing formulas.

  11. Utilize Formula Results, Formula Messages, and Formula Logging for debugging and audit tracing.
  12. Use database items (DBIs), context variables, and input values effectively in formula logic.
  13. Collaborate with technical and functional teams during system implementations.
