We are seeking a highly skilled Business Excellence Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operational excellence, business analysis, performance management, or a similar role within a global organization.

Key responsibilities include analyzing performance data, identifying operational weaknesses and opportunities for improvement, supporting the development and implementation of targeted strategies to address performance gaps, conducting audits of customer contracts to ensure compliance with commercial terms, assessing risk related to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), highlighting trends and concerns from performance reviews across accounts, collaborating with Sales, Solution Design, and Commercial Pricing teams to protect commercial performance, and acting as a primary point of contact for regional stakeholders on performance and commercial excellence initiatives.

Requirements include several years of experience in recruitment in operational excellence, business analysis, performance management, or a similar role within a global organization, demonstrated experience with KPIs and operational metrics, strong analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify trends and propose solutions, proficiency in data visualization tools is a plus, solid understanding of commercial contracts, pricing structures, and their impact on business performance, proven ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders, including operational, sales, finance, and technical teams, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and experience in supporting improvement initiatives, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.
