Job Title: Trade Operations Specialist - Global Markets

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing trade processing activities across global markets. Your role will involve monitoring and managing corporate actions to ensure seamless execution, accurate notifications, and effective reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade Processing: Scrubbing and setup of corporate actions in operating systems (e.g., Picasso). Monitoring corporate actions across reliefs and identification of eligible global positions (Settled/Pending trades, SLAB).
  • Event Management: Follow-up of events' announcements, forecasts, and deadlines to ensure accurate notifications and bookings in general books and recording systems (e.g., Calypso, Power, Picasso).
  • Collaboration: Manage election process for voluntary events with internal teams, compile aggregated instructions, and ensure proper receipt by custodians/agents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You must possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also essential for this role.
