Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced M&A professional to play a key role in advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including deal origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on potential M&A opportunities, corporate restructuring, divestitures, and capital raising, ensuring alignment with their long-term goals.
  • Perform comprehensive financial modelling and valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
  • Design deal structures that meet client objectives while maximizing value. Oversee negotiations of terms, pricing, and legal documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, banks, legal advisors, and other third-party advisors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis, client presentations, and deal execution.
  • Work closely with other teams (legal, tax, and regulatory) to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
Qualifications:
  • MBA in Finance
  • 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity raises, with a strong track record of deal advisory experience.
