About Our Investment Banking Team

We are seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join our team, where you will play a critical role in executing transactions and providing financial advisory services for clients with a focus on domestic deals.

This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile deals, develop key relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our investment banking franchise.

  • Develop complex financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support deal execution.
  • Manage due diligence processes, communications, and interaction with deal team members and other advisors.
  • Perform comprehensive industry and market research, and company analysis within consumer and industrial sectors.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.
  • Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and capital raising activities, and other financial transactions.
Key Qualifications
  • A post-graduate degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, working on consumer and industrial transactions.
  • Solid understanding of the consumer and industrial sector.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
