Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solutions consulting, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact product demos and articulating complex technical jargon into crisp, relatable value propositions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning discovery sessions to understand prospect pain points and mapping our solution to their unique needs. They will also deliver high-quality product demos that blend technical depth with business relevance.

In addition, the Strategic Solutions Architect will ensure smooth onboarding for new customers from purchase to productive without hiccups. They will build lasting relationships by being a trusted advisor and go-to problem solver, while monitoring product adoption and usage trends and stepping in proactively before issues escalate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning discovery sessions to understand prospect pain points and map our solution to their unique needs.
  • Delivering high-quality product demos that blend technical depth with business relevance.
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding for new customers from purchase to productive without hiccups.
  • Building lasting relationships by being a trusted advisor and go-to problem solver.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required (MBA/technical background a plus). 2–4 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Customer Success.
  • Sales + Tech Hybrid: Ability to talk business outcomes with an exec then switch gears and discuss APIs or integrations with engineers.
  • Candidate-Centric: Strong track record in building trust and ensuring customer success.
  • Communication Pro: Confident presenter with the ability to simplify complexity.
  • Analytical + Creative: Problem-solving mindset able to design solutions that are both practical and impressive.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM demo automation and SaaS productivity tools.
