Strategic Advisor

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our organization as a Strategic Advisor. This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring strong financial acumen and proven deal-making expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closely collaborate with our Promoter to drive strategic business initiatives, foster partnerships, and drive growth.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of Investment Banking and capital markets to assess opportunities, risks, and deal structures, providing expert insights to inform decision-making.
  • Participate in daily business meetings to review developments and progress, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between teams.
  • Provide regular reports on ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines, maintaining transparency and accountability throughout the process.
  • Advise on structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions, leveraging your expertise to optimize outcomes.
  • Support decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and capital raising activities, providing informed recommendations that drive business success.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring coordination and alignment to achieve common goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5–10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Asset Reconstruction, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance, demonstrating a track record of success in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional networks across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities, fostering relationships that drive business growth.
  • Prior experience working with promoters, boards, or senior stakeholders in a strategic capacity, developing a deep understanding of their needs and priorities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and drive innovation.
