This role involves working directly with the leadership team to ensure seamless execution, clear priorities, and rapid project progression.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executive Support
  • Translate leadership vision into actionable plans and track execution across multiple projects.
  • Drive alignment across teams through effective communication and coordination.
  • Project Management: Run day-to-day operations, anticipate bottlenecks, solve issues, and facilitate collaboration between teams.
  • Business Development: Support client interactions, proposals, internal reporting, research new opportunities, partnerships, and expansion plans.
  • Team Development: Serve as a central point of coordination for hiring, onboarding, and team communication, help build a culture of accountability, clarity, and fast execution.

The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of experience in consulting, operations, product management, or a fast-paced startup role, strong project management and organizational skills, ability to operate independently, prioritize across competing demands, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively.

This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on strategy and execution, offering autonomy, responsibility, and exposure to global health-tech markets, a collaborative and ambitious team culture.
