Lead Strategic Counsel

We are seeking an accomplished legal professional to serve as the chief legal advisor for our organization. This senior leadership position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, with a strong ability to navigate complex investment transactions and fund structuring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Leadership: Oversee all aspects of investment documentation, including SHAs, SSAs, SPAs, PPMs, AoAs, NDAs, and employment agreements.
  • Fund Structuring & Entity Formation: Design and advise on the structure of new funds, SPVs, and cross-border vehicles, ensuring regulatory compliance and long-term scalability.
  • Litigation Oversight: Manage ongoing and potential disputes in collaboration with external counsel and internal stakeholders.

You will work closely with various teams across investment, finance, and operations to ensure that legal precision translates directly into business enablement. Your experience should include at least 10 years of progressive legal experience in corporate law, transactions, entity structuring, and fund formation. Prior exposure to venture capital, private equity, or investment banking ecosystems is preferred.
