Seeking an experienced legal professional to oversee various aspects of law within a company. Key responsibilities include managing litigation, contracts, and regulatory compliance.

Litigation Management

Responsibilities:

  • Manage civil and criminal cases, as well as arbitration matters.
  • Vet and ensure timely filing of pleadings in Courts, Tribunals, Fora, and with relevant Authorities.
  • Maintain and circulate up-to-date MIS for all legal cases.
Non-Litigation

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review a wide range of legal documents.
  • Assist in the execution, registration, and formalities related to property transactions.
  • Conduct primary due diligence including title searches and handle applications for Intellectual Property Rights.
  • Conduct legal research on applicable laws, circulars, notifications, policies, and case laws.
Work Relations

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal departments to provide legal support across various functions.
  • Liaise with external vendors and legal agencies for contract execution and compliance.
Requirements

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) – Mandatory.
  • A minimum of 7-8 years of relevant legal experience.
