Job Title: Principal Attorney Advisor

We are a dynamic organization managing multiple OTT platforms in India.

The role of a Principal Attorney Advisor is to provide strategic legal and commercial support to our business team.

  • Drafting and negotiation of various Agreements including Production Service Agreements, License Agreements, Acquisition Agreement, Contracts, SAAS Agreements etc.
  • Vetting/reviewing all forms of Agreements and Contracts.
  • Advising the business team on various legal and related commercial issues pertaining to the media and entertainment industry.
  • Drafting and replying to notices and complaints.
  • Handling all forms of Non Litigation work.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, negotiation capabilities, and knowledge of laws relating to the media and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

- Agreement Drafting and Negotiation: Draft and negotiate various agreements including production service agreements, license agreements, acquisition agreement, contracts, SAAS agreements.

- Contract Review: Vetting and reviewing all forms of agreements and contracts.

- Business Advisory: Advising the business team on various legal and related commercial issues.

- Notice and Complaint Handling: Drafting and replying to notices and complaints.

Requirements:

L.L.B, at least 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in the media and entertainment industry.
