Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished professional to fill the role of Principal Associate. This position is an exciting opportunity for individuals with expertise in handling engagements related to Indirect Tax Laws, Appeals, Representation before various forums, investigation handholding, Litigation Management Service, Tax Restructuring, Tax Advisory and consulting pertaining to GST, Customs, Service Tax, VAT, and Excise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to deliver exceptional service and build long-term relationships
  • Lead client service delivery teams and act as a trusted business advisor
  • Provide commercial acumen and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Create and manage strong independent relationships with clients at senior positions
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the firm's business
  • Lead and coordinate medium/large assignments, including pricing, billing, and recovery

Requirements:

  • CA or Law Graduate from a known institution with a strong academic track record
  • 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in Indirect tax in the field of Indirect Tax Litigation or Advisory
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Indirect Tax laws and related regulations
  • Strong analytical and researching skills
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Representation before various judicial forums
