About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Staffing Operations Specialist to join our team at Purpose Campaigns. This is a full-time position offered at the Associate Manager tier with an annual salary range of ₹1,650,000 - ₹2,430,000 plus benefits and generous PTO.

As a key member of our global operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient resource management, staffing optimization, data and reporting, and operational support across regional offices. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and managing the allocation of resources globally, ensuring optimal staffing levels, working closely with project managers and department heads to proactively plan for future staffing needs, and leading team allocation meetings to ensure appropriate allocations across functions and regions.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the system is updated with accurate data, troubleshooting any issues, conducting regular PTO audits, and managing license requirements for our Resource Management Platform (Kantata). Additionally, you will provide global support on Kantata, resolve requests, enhance functionality/customization of the platform, own and run monthly utilization reports, and maintain historical utilization data.

Your ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience in new business management, resource management, people analytics, or a related field, with proficiency in English writing and speaking skills, familiarity with the development sector, and strong understanding of data analytics, reporting, and knowledge management systems.
