Job Title: Hospitality Operations Manager
">About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee the daily shift operations of our housekeeping, recreation, health club, and laundry departments.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- To ensure the property, guestrooms, public space, and employee areas are clean and well-maintained at all times.
- To direct and work with employees to achieve these objectives and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- To coordinate with the Engineering department to address guestroom maintenance needs in a timely and efficient manner.
- To supervise the general cleaning schedule and ensure it is completed on time.
- To inventory stock and ensure adequate supplies are available for daily operations.
- To assist in the ordering of guestroom supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms as needed.
- To support and supervise an effective inspection program for all guestrooms and public spaces.
- To communicate areas that need attention to staff and follow up to ensure understanding.
- To ensure all employees have proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms to perform their duties effectively.
Key Performance Indicators:
">- To participate in the management of the department's controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
- To understand the impact of department operations on overall property financial goals and objectives and manage to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
- To comprehend budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reports as needed to assist in the financial management of the department.
- To respond to and handle guest problems and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- To empower employees to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
