Job Title:

We are seeking a senior professional to spearhead consumer activation efforts.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business outcomes, including campaigns, activities, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build consumer databases, retarget consumers, and optimize costs.
  • Create innovative campaigns using technology, such as augmented reality, virtual reality, and gaming, to engage and measure consumer behavior.
  • Manage agency relationships, ensure standard operating procedure adherence, and review finance trackers periodically.
  • Identify new touch points to engage and sell, and showcase best practices in activation and digital activation projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of activation and event marketing, with fast-moving consumer goods experience preferred.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong collaborative and team-building skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Measurement and data analysis skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with augmented reality, virtual reality, and gaming technologies.
  • Knowledge of regional festivals and events.
