Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for driving our digital presence and supporting our rapid growth journey. This role requires creative and strategic thinking, as well as the ability to work independently while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

We are looking for someone who is well-versed in industry trends, research-driven, and adaptive to trying different strategies. You will need to develop and maintain a social media content strategy and calendar aligned with marketing and sales goals, brainstorm and execute creative campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation, and create, edit, and publish engaging static posts, reels, and video content across platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or consumer brands. Strong content creation and editing skills, excellent command of English writing for ads, captions, and blogs, and familiarity with digital marketing, paid ads, and analytics tools are also required.
