Job Title: Senior Consumer Goods Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the consumer goods sector to drive strategic growth and innovation.

About the Role:
  • This is a unique opportunity to leverage your industry expertise and lead high-impact analytics transformations for leading global brands.
  • You will work closely with senior stakeholders across strategy, commercial, and analytics teams to deliver business-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as a thought leader across client engagements, providing strategic guidance and contextual insights to drive revenue growth and portfolio optimization.
  2. Act as a partner to clients and internal teams, bringing a strong industry lens to challenges and opportunities in marketing, pricing, trade, and innovation.
  3. Collaborate with client engagement leads to shape problem statements, solution approaches, and execution strategies that drive business results.
  4. Support multiple client engagements by providing subject matter input, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring industry relevance and strategic impact.
  5. Contribute to sales enablement by co-creating POVs, pitches, proposals, and POCs that are grounded in real-world consumer goods strategy and operations.
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of professional experience, with significant tenure in the consumer goods industry or in consulting roles focused on consumer goods clients.
  • Deep functional knowledge across the consumer goods value chain, particularly in marketing strategy, pricing and revenue growth management, trade promotion and assortment planning, and consumer and market insights.
  • Proven experience working closely with senior stakeholders across strategy, commercial, and analytics teams to deliver business-critical projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with a track record of helping solve complex, cross-functional challenges in consumer goods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize and present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience contributing to capability building, knowledge assets, and internal best practices within a consulting or service-based organization.
