Visual Identity Expert

We are seeking an innovative Visual Identity Expert to lead the development of our direct-to-consumer beauty brand's visual identity. This professional will be responsible for creating premium designs that connect with consumers and build brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the end-to-end design process for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.
  • Maintenance of a consistent brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Development of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits.
  • Collaboration with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals.
  • Translation of consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts.
  • Mentorship of junior designers and freelancers; provision of creative direction and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on design, beauty, and D2C trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • The ability to balance creativity with commercial goals (conversion, engagement, retention).
  • A strong eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
