At SAP, we're looking for a talented Business Process Associate Consultant to join our Human Experience Management (HXM) Practice. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering SuccessFactors / SAP HCM solutions to our customers worldwide.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams to deliver SuccessFactors / SAP HCM solutions to customers
  • Lead multi-cultural teams to deliver SuccessFactors / SAP HCM solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Guide customers on SAP Best Practices for quick wins
  • Experience working in remote delivery models
  • Application-specific solution consulting, including business blueprinting, configuration, and testing
  • Performance of feasibility studies and solution reviews
  • Support pre-sales activities and lead requirement gathering workshops
  • Industry/corporate process implementation across all related applications
  • Develop and assure quality of process models
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of modeling standards and tools
  • Support escalated projects and contribute to the Business Process Library approach
  • Act as a coach for colleagues and lead customer stakeholders in their digital journey
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Solution portfolio and ability to lead customers in their digital transformation

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years of application consulting experience
  • Good experience and knowledge of multiple SuccessFactors / SAP HCM Solutions, including Employee Central Time Off, Time Tracking, and/or Talent modules
  • Certified in at least one SuccessFactors module
  • At least 1-2 end-to-end implementation experiences in SuccessFactors / SAP HCM
  • Good knowledge of SAP Cloud methodologies (Launch, Activate)
  • Good knowledge of HR business processes
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Good knowledge of SAP HCM on-premise solution (preferable)
  • Understanding of industry-specific business processes (if applicable)
  • SF Integration knowledge would be a plus
  • EC Payroll experience and skills would be a plus
