Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Workday Governance Expert to lead the architectural design, governance, compliance, and system integrity across Workday modules.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring scalable and future-ready solutions that meet business needs and enterprise requirements.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday HCM/Financials/Payroll and experience working with stakeholders to define and deliver HRIS strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture & Design
  • Lead the architectural design of Workday tenant configurations to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Develop scalable, future-proof solutions across Workday modules.
  • Governance & Compliance
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for configuration changes.
  • Manage security design and access controls to meet compliance standards.
  • System Integrity & Change Management
  • Oversee change processes across production, sandbox, and implementation tenants.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through governance policies and monitoring.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Create and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS Solution Architecture and Workday Implementation.
  • Proven track record of successful Workday solution design and delivery.
  • Strong technical skills in Workday HCM/Financials/Payroll.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to define and deliver HRIS strategy.
