We're Hiring: Senior Manager – IT Business Systems (Workday)

Are you a strategic leader with deep expertise in
Workday HCM and/or Financials
? Do you thrive in global environments and love driving innovation across HR, Finance, and IT systems?

Join us as a
Senior Manager, IT Business Systems
and lead the charge in optimizing and expanding our Workday ecosystem worldwide

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a
    global team
    of Workday analysts and admins across time zones.
  • Own and evolve the
    Workday roadmap
    in partnership with HR, Finance & IT.
  • Drive
    Workday implementations, enhancements, and rollouts
    .
  • Provide
    hands-on configuration
    in Workday HCM (Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits) and/or Financials (Accounting, Expenses, Procurement).
  • Ensure
    data integrity, security, and compliance
    across regions.
  • Establish
    governance, change management
    , and performance KPIs.
  • Manage
    vendor relationships
    and support partners.

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of Workday experience, with 3+ years in a
    leadership role
    .
  • Strong functional knowledge of
    Workday HCM, Financials, or both
    .
  • Proven success in
    global Workday deployments
    .
  • Excellent
    stakeholder management
    and communication skills.
  • Workday certifications (HCM/Financials) are a
    plus
    .
  • Experience with
    Workday Reporting, BIRT, EIBs, Studio
    , and
    Agile methodologies
    is highly desirable.
