
Employee Engagement Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Engagement Lead to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing employee engagement programs that enhance workforce morale and productivity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices. They will be able to analyze performance data to support learning and development planning, and drive insights from engagement and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance workforce morale and productivity.
- Conduct regular feedback surveys and analyze results to drive engagement strategies.
- Organize team-building activities, events, and wellness programs.
- Act as a point of contact for employee suggestions and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive insights from engagement and performance data.
Education:
MBA in Human Resource or related field is required.
