Our organization seeks a seasoned Recruitment Manager to lead the hiring process for key positions. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer roll-out and onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Design effective hiring plans in collaboration with business heads and hiring managers.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, headhunting, and campus hiring.
  • Draft compelling job descriptions, screen resumes, and schedule interviews with business teams.
  • Drive salary negotiations, offer roll-outs, and smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reporting for leadership review.
  • Support talent mapping, succession planning, and pipeline building for critical positions.
  • Engage in employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in PCG Sales, Wealth Hiring, Bank Sales Hiring, or Broking mid-level recruitment.
  • Strong domain knowledge of equity market hiring and language proficiency in English and Kannada (compulsory).
  • Hands-on experience in Recruiter, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven individual capable of delivering under deadlines.
