Recruitment Specialist Position

This position is responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding of high-caliber candidates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of talent acquisition and management.

The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop job descriptions that align with business objectives.

  • Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job portals, employee referrals and headhunting.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview questions and assessment criteria.
  • Evaluate and assess candidates based on their skills, experience and fit with the organization's culture.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and negotiate employment offers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the warehousing/logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding high-performing candidates.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
