Job Title: Talent Sourcing Specialist

Role Overview

Talent Acquisition Coordinators play a crucial role in managing high-volume recruitment initiatives for leading organizations. In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with a large organization to lead and support a team of recruiters.

This is an excellent chance to build your career as a key member of the Recruitment Team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Recruitment Manager & Account Managers to support the client's recruitment life cycle.
  • Coordinate with contractors & consultants to provide timely updates on contracts such as renewals and terminations.
  • Support the HR Business Partner with the onboarding of newly hired contractors / consultants / employees.
  • Create & maintain effective spreadsheets to track various items such as Issue logs, Interview logs, Job Posting logs, Candidate logs, Action Item logs.
  • Attend team meetings, & client meetings.
  • Arrange meetings, make reservations for senior management.
  • Provide support with managing the ATS ensuring new jobs are opened and updated daily.
  • Submit candidates on the client portal.
  • Review & track updates published on the client portal.
  • Leverage principles of candidate sourcing, candidate screening.
  • Assist with coordinating background checks and contract renewals.
  • Monitor recruiter performance, provide feedback, and implement process improvements.
  • Support recruitment directly when needed during high-volume periods.
Qualifications:
  • University Degree
  • Excellent English oral & written skills, fluency in English is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, & Attention to Details.
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities.
