Technical Support Professional

You have:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and/or a graduate equivalent degree.
  • Familiarity with Level 2 Technical Support, TAC, Packet Core technologies.
  • Experience with troubleshooting tools, trace & log file analysis, and equipment measurement.
  • Knowledge of cloud and container infrastructure is essential.
  • Proficiency in technology call flows for 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G networks, adhering to 3GPP standards.
  • Fault identification, correction, and reporting skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work in an emergency support environment, 24/7 basis.
Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Executing technical tasks that require specialist skills in your area of expertise.
  • Solving customer request cases independently and reporting according to established processes.
  • Identifying and resolving technical problems.
  • Sharing knowledge in your professional area.
  • Supporting areas during emergency situations and rotational duties.
  • Care Expert Technical Support for Packet Core technologies.
  • Providing assistance to customers in APAC, India, MEA, Europe, and NAM regions.
