
Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively call prospective clients from provided leads and directories.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with high net worth individual (HNI) / ultra-high net worth individual (UHNI) clients with a polished, professional tone.
- Clearly communicate the value of our premium products and offerings.
- Qualify potential leads and schedule appointments/meetings for our Sales Team.
- Maintain and update call records, feedback, and follow-ups using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Handle basic client queries and route complex concerns appropriately.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Skills Required:
- Excellent command of both Hindi & English – verbal and written.
- A pleasing personality with outstanding telephone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Prior experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales coordination is a strong advantage.
- Comfort in speaking with high-value clients confidently and professionally.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet appointment targets.
