Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively call prospective clients from provided leads and directories.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with high net worth individual (HNI) / ultra-high net worth individual (UHNI) clients with a polished, professional tone.
  • Clearly communicate the value of our premium products and offerings.
  • Qualify potential leads and schedule appointments/meetings for our Sales Team.
  • Maintain and update call records, feedback, and follow-ups using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Handle basic client queries and route complex concerns appropriately.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent command of both Hindi & English – verbal and written.
  • A pleasing personality with outstanding telephone etiquette.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  • Prior experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales coordination is a strong advantage.
  • Comfort in speaking with high-value clients confidently and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet appointment targets.
