
Business Development Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our high-energy team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing project management expertise and support on pre-defined projects, including process-improvement and transformational projects, project management support for client-based scientific service/publication projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding set quality standards. They will also be responsible for planning and coordinating projects from inception, driving and owning projects within specified quality, time, and pricing specifications.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent problem-solving skills, a growth mindset, and a proactive approach. You will also require strong analytical skills, proficiency in comprehension, negotiation, and communication skills in English. Additionally, you will need to be skilled in networking and communication across diverse functions, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and conflicting priorities with rigor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding set quality standards.
- Plan and coordinate projects from inception, driving and owning projects within specified quality, time, and pricing specifications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand identity and target audience.
- Curate and schedule engaging content (text, images, and videos) across multiple social media platforms.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Influence without direct authority, establishing and maintaining efficient working relations with all internal & external key stakeholders.
- Facilitate resolution of any issues by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor, train and lead a team of project managers and supply leads.
- Build strong client relationships; working closely with new and existing clients to identify their pain points and future needs.
- Assist with project planning, including resource forecasting, timelines, and budgeting.
- End to end ownership of client delight and operational efficiency.
- Ability to coordinate and implement successful projects from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, with at least 3 years of experience in team management.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).
