Project Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute buy vs build strategies for new products, considering cost, time-to-market, technical fit, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for research, stakeholder input, and decision documentation.
  • Manage the project backlog by prioritizing evaluation criteria, gathering cross-functional insights, and ensuring alignment with business strategy and product roadmap.
  • Facilitate risk assessment, dependency mapping, and scenario planning to recommend the most viable solution—whether in-house development, vendor procurement, or hybrid approach.
