Business Development Executive

At Alkem Labs, we are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for signing up new doctors onto our platform through self/organization initiatives, structured follow-ups to ensure doctors are onboarded and using the product, and maintaining a large number of doctor relationships to prevent churns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sign-up new doctors onto the platform through self/organization initiatives
  • Structured follow-ups to ensure doctors are onboarded and using the product
  • Maintain a large number of doctor relationships to prevent churns
  • Ensure seamless experience for doctors and patients on the platform with timely resolution of all queries and concerns
  • Doctor-backed view on the platform and digital engagement, suggesting further improvements
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure best experience for doctors and patients
  • Ensure platform awareness among doctors and offer quick issue resolution
  • Managing doctor/patient outreach campaigns and conducting demos
  • Understanding doctor profiles and addressing challenges to drive usage
  • Coordinating with the product team and testing new product launches
  • Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts
