Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Crm Solution Consultant to implement and support complex Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions.

About the Role:

  • To lead and deliver large-scale CRM solution implementations, leveraging technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Responsible for configuring and extending Fusion Applications using Redwood Sales technology, including developing reports and analytics using OBIEE and OTBI.
  • To create a seamless user experience, proficient in Groovy scripting for diverse business requirements.
  • Maintain robust security protocols, provide access levels, and configure multiple business units, currencies, and geography setups.
  • Leverage knowledge of building reports using RTF templates, skilled in forecasting, quota management, and territory configuration.
  • Experienced in configuring Business Process Management (BPM) workflow, sales catalog implementation, and integrating with Oracle CX Mobile app.
  • Oriented towards organizing hierarchy setup, Single Sign-On (SSO), customer data management (deduplication and merge functionality).
  • Assisted in service request functionality, queue assignment, category setup, inbound and outbound email setup.
  • Aware of milestone configuration and knowledgeable about extending the DCS portal.
  • With hands-on experience in setting up third-party integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and solid understanding of complementary products like Eloqua and Oracle VBCS.
