Job Description:

A seasoned Zoho CRM and Creator expert is required to drive strategic initiatives in configuration, customization, administration, and reporting.

  • With 1-3 years of experience in Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative solutions.
  • You must possess strong communication skills, good problem-solving skills, and a logical approach to work.
  • A creative business mind with an understanding of CRM operations and usability is essential.
  • Proficiency in HTML5/CSS3, jQuery/AngularJS, or other Client-side Frameworks, PHP Integration, and SQL related tasks is required.
  • Experience in Deluge Scripting and knowledge of Zoho CRM capabilities and limitations are also necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configuration and customization of Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
  • Administration and reporting of Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
  • Development of custom solutions using Deluge Scripting and REST API Integrations.
  • Integration experience with REST, OAuth, SOAP APIs, and Web Services is a plus.
  • Experienced with other Zoho Apps will be a plus.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a logical approach to work.
  • A creative business mind with an understanding of CRM operations and usability.
  • Excellent experience with Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator or both.
  • Good knowledge on Deluge (ZOHO Language) and REST API Integrations.
  • Knowledge in PHP and JS is a plus.
  • Good experience in Front-end and Server-Side Programming.
  • Flexibility to carry out any other task required to meet business needs.
  • Comfortable working on a fast-paced environment tackling different projects simultaneously.
  • Incredibly self-motivated and a proactive team-player.
  • Manage the project quality and deliver the project on-time.
