Our organization is undergoing a transformation with the implementation of a new Zoho One solution.

Key Responsibilities:

The role requires an experienced professional to oversee the technical setup, configuration, and optimization of our new ERP environment in Zoho.

  • Configure Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator to support invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, inventory management, cylinder tracking, and customer management.
  • Migrate data from our legacy ERP with accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop custom modules, workflows, and automations as necessary to fit our operations.
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party tools (payment gateways, e-commerce, logistics) as necessary.
  • Test, train, and support team members during rollout.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Zoho One implementation, especially Books, Inventory, and Creator.
  • Proficiency in ERP migration, workflow automation, and custom module development.
  • Strong understanding of inventory and rental asset tracking.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Collaboration with remote teams via Zoom will be required.
