We are seeking a skilled documentation developer to create technical documentation for our products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop highly technical hardware and software documents, including release notes, user guides, maintenance procedures, technical specifications, and training materials.">
  • Research and utilize products being documented to write accurate and valid content.">
  • Obtain technical details from architects, engineers, and developers regarding key areas of our products and technology.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience researching and creating user documentation for technology products.

">

- Exposure to storage systems and related technologies is beneficial.

">

- Clear and accurate writing skills with attention to detail are necessary for complicated operating instructions.

">

- Ability to work independently and in a global team environment while meeting deadlines.

">

- Solid technical background in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related disciplines.

">

- Good understanding of software engineering processes.

">

- Proficient in using document processing software such as MS Office Suite or Adobe products.

">

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personalities.

">

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

">

- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
