We are seeking a skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, with experience creating high-quality documentation for software development projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate, clear, and concise documentation for software applications, including user manuals, guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and product management to ensure documentation meets project requirements.
  • Create and edit documentation using structured authoring tools, such as DITA, and content management systems.
  • Conduct research and gather information from various sources to create engaging and informative documentation.
  • Edit and proofread documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Maintain and update documentation to reflect changes in software features, functionality, and technical specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on software documentation.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with structured authoring tools, such as DITA, and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and gather information from various sources.
