About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to develop high-quality technical content for various audiences. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and create documentation that meets established quality metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive technical content, including instructions, guides, and policies.
  • Analyze complex information and break it down into accessible concepts suitable for the target audience.
  • Utilize visual/graphical forms to represent information and augment textual descriptions.
  • Efficiently use Microsoft Office software (mainly Word) to produce high-quality documents.
  • Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of English language grammar, spelling, and usage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, or a related field.

Required Skills:

  • Experience documenting instructions for software/development/related processes.
  • Project management skills, such as organizing multiple documentation projects on schedule, reaching out to subject matter experts, tracking project goals/scope changes/progress.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail.
